Care note

Although our jewellery is made to be worn every day, it is important to follow a few simple care tips and precautions to ensure it retains its original sparkle and beauty.

Remove your jewellery when showering or doing household chores.
Remove your jewellery before going to bed or when you are doing any physical activity (sport, gardening, etc.)
Contact us once a year to check your creation and especially its prongs.
Make sure your ring is the right size so that it doesn't get caught.
Always store your jewellery in its box when you are not wearing it.
White gold is bathed in rhodium, which fades over time. It is therefore normal for your white gold to yellow slightly. Simply contact us to have it rhodium plated again.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is offered in Belgium, France and the European Union and is carried out by DHL or Mikropakket. If the jewel is in stock, the indicative delivery time is 24/48 hours. If the jewel is made to measure or in pre-order, the indicative delivery time is minimum 4-6 weeks.
The jewel is carefully shipped in a beautiful black box and accompanied by its certificate of authenticity.
The first fitting is offered on all our rings within 60 days of purchase.
If you change your mind, you can return the ring within 14 days at your own expense.

The 4C

The 4Cs are the international standard for evaluating diamond quality, established by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA):

Cut: The way a diamond is cut determines its ability to reflect light and therefore its brilliance
Clarity: Refers to the presence or absence of natural inclusions inside the diamond. We select a minimum of VS clarity
Color: Evaluates the diamond’s hue on a scale ranging from pure white to warmer tones. We select a minimum of GH color
Carat: Measures the weight of the diamond, with one carat equivalent to 0.2 grams
