5- Delivery

5.1. The Products will only be delivered by the Vendor once full payment has been received.

Orders for Products are delivered to the postal address indicated by the Customer as the delivery address when validating his/her order.

The Customer shall be held liable if the information provided is incorrect or incomplete and does not allow delivery of the Products ordered.

All orders are dispatched by Mikropakket in Belgium and by DHL in Europe if the purchase was made on the Site and not in the showroom.

Shipping costs depend on the delivery address, the weight of the items ordered and any logistics costs, and are indicated before payment in the details of your shopping basket. Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.

We advise you to group your purchases in a single order. The Seller cannot group two distinct orders and the Customer will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them.

Parcel delivery times vary according to the distance of the country of destination; in particular, they are 20 working days for Belgium and 30 working days for the rest of the countries of the European Union from the effective receipt of payment by the Seller. These times are given for information only and may never be considered binding. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to external reasons beyond its control. Exceeding delivery times may not, in any event, give rise to damages.

Delivery of jewellery from the collections offered by the Site and custom-made creations is made at the Customer's risk and by the services of DHL and Mikropakket.

When the Seller is responsible for transporting the product, the risk of loss or deterioration of the product is transferred to the Customer at the time of delivery.

In any event, the Seller may not be held liable for any delay in delivery and any harmful consequences thereof.

In the event of delivery difficulties attributable to the delivery service chosen by the Customer at the time of ordering, the Customer must contact the latter, as the Vendor is not liable in this respect.

5.2. - Transfer of risks and retention of title

The transfer of ownership of the Product(s) to the Customer will only take place after full payment of the price by the Customer, regardless of the date of delivery or availability of the Product(s).

On the other hand, the transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration of the Product(s) will take place upon receipt of the Product(s) by the Customer.

5.3. Return conditions and right of withdrawal for distance sales

In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law, as a consumer (within the meaning of article I.1.2° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law), the Customer has the right to cancel the purchase made on the Site, without having to give any reason whatsoever and without penalty, with only the cost of returning the goods being borne by the Customer.

The Code of Economic Law stipulates that the purchaser of a product has a period of 14 calendar days following the day of delivery of the item to the purchaser-consumer (or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the consumer). If this period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it will be extended until the next working day. After this deadline, the Seller reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund; requests made after this 14-day period must be sent to the following email address: contact@enoraantoine.com.

All returns must be notified in advance to the Vendor by email (to the address contact@enoraantoine.com) in which the Customer must send either the completed withdrawal form (available at the end of these General Terms and Conditions), or an unambiguous statement setting out the decision to withdraw from the sales contract.

The Customer must return the item ordered to the Vendor within fourteen (14) calendar days of informing the Vendor of their decision to withdraw from the contract.

Products must be returned by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt and at the expense of the renouncing party, who must inform the Vendor in advance by email to: contact@enoraantoine.com. Returns are made at the Customer's risk, to the address that will be sent by email. Products returned must be protected in a manner at least equivalent to the protection used for the initial shipment.

The exchange or refund of items will only be accepted if the items ordered are returned to us in perfect condition, neither worn, washed, soiled or damaged.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer, but the cost of postage will not be charged in the case of an exchange.

Any refunds will be made by bank transfer, within fourteen (14) days of either the collection of the items or the dispatch by the Customer of proof of dispatch of the items, in accordance with the above, whichever is the earlier.

The refund does not include any additional initial delivery costs due to the Customer's express choice of a delivery method other than the standard and less expensive delivery offered by the Seller.

In accordance with article VI.53 of the Code of Economic Law, the goods sold on the www.enoraantoine.com website are made to the consumer's personalised specifications (personalisation, engraving and customised creation), and the consumer has no right to cancel the purchase (right of withdrawal), right of return or right to exchange the products.

Once the order has been validated on the site or the quotation has been validated for approval, the Customer acknowledges that his/her acceptance is made in full consideration of the description of the jewel, the object of the sale, and that it constitutes a firm and irrevocable commitment. The sale is then considered complete, and the price is immediately due. From that moment onwards, the Customer has no right of rectification, exchange or return (particularly in the event of an error in size or text).
