Although our jewellery is made to be worn every day, it is important to follow a few simple care tips and precautions to ensure it retains its original sparkle and beauty.

Remove your jewellery when showering or doing household chores.
Remove your jewellery before going to bed or when you are doing any physical activity (sport, gardening, etc.)
Contact us once a year to check your creation and especially its prongs.
Make sure your ring is the right size so that it doesn't get caught.
Always store your jewellery in its box when you are not wearing it.
White gold is bathed in rhodium, which fades over time. It is therefore normal for your white gold to yellow slightly. Simply contact us to have it rhodium plated again.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is offered in Belgium, France and the European Union and is carried out by DHL or Mikropakket. If the jewel is in stock, the indicative delivery time is 24/48 hours. If the jewel is made to measure or in pre-order, the indicative delivery time is minimum 4-6 weeks.
The jewel is carefully shipped in a beautiful black box and accompanied by its certificate of authenticity.
The first fitting is offered on all our rings within 60 days of purchase.
If you change your mind, you can return the ring within 14 days at your own expense.

Formés dans les profondeurs de la Terre il y a des milliards d'années sous l'effet de la chaleur et de la pression intense

Les diamants sont choisis dans le respect du Processus de Kimberley qui vise à lutter contre les diamants de guerre et qui garantit que ceux-ci sont issus de sources légitimes et non impliqués dans un conflit.

Les 4 critères de qualité

Les 4C constituent la référence internationale pour évaluer la qualité d'un diamant, établie par le Gemological Institute of America (GIA) :

Cut (Taille) : La façon dont le diamant est taillé détermine sa capacité à réfléchir la lumière et donc sa brillance
Clarity (Pureté) : Désigne la présence ou l'absence d'inclusions naturelles à l'intérieur du diamant. Nous sélectionnons des VS minimum.
Color (Couleur) : Évalue la teinte du diamant sur une échelle allant du blanc le plus pur aux nuances plus chaudes. Nous sélectionnons des GH minimum.
Carat (Poids) : Mesure le poids du diamant, chaque carat équivalant à 0,2 gramme
